EVO assembles an agenda with the questions that actually settle the profile and sends the requester a link. They answer in their own time, and each answer becomes a confirmed fact that reprocesses the description.
Alignment happens in a thirty-minute meeting nobody documents, or in an email thread that gets lost. Weeks later, when the pipeline is empty, there is no record of what was agreed or who decided what.
The agenda is short and chosen by rule: a flagged challenge comes before an unconfirmed critical dimension, which comes before a gap, with a ceiling of nine questions. The manager answers through a link, with nothing to install or create, and the answer enters the process.
A deterministic selector decides what to ask, by priority. Claude only drafts the question; choosing what to ask is code.
This avoids the classic problem of the automated questionnaire: twenty generic questions that tire out the person answering and move nothing.
Who decides the team’s priorities day to day, the person hired or someone above them?

"Full autonomy" comes out of the text, it was a false promise
Each answer is recorded as a confirmed fact, with the dimension it belongs to. A promise that does not hold comes out of the text: if autonomy is limited, the description stops promising full autonomy.
And the history stays: the realism report is versioned per session, so the whole trail of the negotiation can be revisited.
Fillable as it stands, with a caveat. The below-market range is sustainable because the package includes remote work and autonomy, but if it does not close in 45 days, salary is the first variable to revisit.
A link anyone could open needs real care. These are the guarantees in the code.
Interviews whoever opened the role, challenges what doesn't add up and only then writes, in 13 sections, with 14 problem detectors.
